The Teaching Kitchen
The Teaching Kitchen can seat up to approximately 25 people for cookery demonstrations, lectures and PR events. The layout can be changed to provide an informal dining space for up to 18 people. The kitchen is also available for corporate cooking classes, cookery competitions or PR launches. We can accommodate approximately 16-18 people for cookery courses and corporate team building cookery workshops in the kitchen.
There are five fixed workstations and one mobile workstation. Each workstation can accommodate up to three cooks. We have integrated electric hobs and ovens and a range of hand held and counter top appliances available as well as plenty of other equipment and utensils. There are three height adjustable stainless steel tables which are of multi-purpose use – extra work space for adults and children, for use during demonstrations and as a dining space for 12 adults (additional seating for a further 6 people can also be provided).
